We’ve made our mark on Scotland’s whisky industry but our reputation has also given us the opportunity to export our expertise and we’re increasingly asked to deliver projects for overseas clients. Scotland is the spiritual home of distilling and we’re proud to be taking that knowledge across the world.
Allen Associates has worked at over 100 distilleries and over 30 cask filling, vat rooms and bottling plants. We believe there is no other Scottish based process design company with that breadth of experience.
In recent years the distilled spirits industry has gone from strength to strength and Allen Associates has work extensively within the industry with smaller niche market players to major brand leaders.
Allen Associates design services have been used for a large range of projects from simple heat recovery and CIP (Clean in Place) systems up to distillery expansions, new distilleries, vat rooms and bottling halls. However the growth has not been confined to Scotland as Allen Associates has used our knowledge of the industry to help small companies around the world find their feet and begin producing their very own distilled spirits.
Although based in Scotland and working throughout the Scotch Whisky Industry, Allen Associates is also heavily involved with other distilled spirit projects.
